Ingredients
- 330 gr meat
- 200 gr cooked noodle
- 100 gr vermicelli
- 100 gr cabbage , thinly slice
BLENDED INGREDIENTS :
- 5 medium shallot
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3/4 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsps roasted small shrimp
- 3 sheets lime leaves
- 2 sheets bay leaves
- 2 crunchched lemongrasses
- 1 broth
COMPLIMENTARY INGREDIENTS :
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly slice
- Fried shallot
- Lime
- 1 tomato
- 5 risoles spring rolls
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- sambal cayenne
Cooking Directions
- Boil the meat on 2 litre of water until tender. Remove the meat and cut it square. Strain the broth 1,5 litre
- Heat the frying oil. Saute blended ingredients until aromatic. Pour into boiled broth, cook for 15 minutes
- Arrange meat, noodle, vermicell, cabbage, and tomato in a bowl. Pour with stock over. And sliced spring rolls and sprinkle with fried shallot, green onion and celery. Serve with sambal cayenne
